From the remote La Guajira Desert, Sandra from the Ishipaa community and her family create these beautiful headbands which are the perfect compliment to your Wayuu or any other hat.

Your impact
La Guajira is the largest dry area in Colombia. They lack of rain makes it really difficult to find the most basic need, water! They rely on a wind mill and a few basic wells. Bottled water is expensive and difficult to access from the village.
Your purchases support Sandra’s family business to make a decent living while preserving indigenous ancestral techniques.
We believe work gives a sense of achievement and empowers communities. Work can break the poverty cycle!
