Handwoven in Colombia with love
Our skilled artisan partners convert this native South American fibre ‘fique’ into stunning homewares and accessories.
The fique threads were traditionally used to make the very popular Colombian coffee sacks. Our artisan partners developed a more detailed process to make the premium thread used to make delicate accessories.
After that, the waste is collected and used to make a rougher thread for the making of these unique artisanal rugs.
This product is the most sustainable and colourful product you can ever imagine.
The agave is completely sustainable as the base of the plant lives for over 20 years and is left untouched in order to avoid deforestation.
