Processing Time

All stock available will be dispatched within 24 hours. 

Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday through to Friday. 


Handmade Collection - Pre-orders and Wholesale 

Stock on back order can take up to 8 weeks approx. once the payment has been cleared. We will email you within 3 days with the most updated ETA.


Hola Bonita SupportWear - Pre-orders and Wholesale 

Cut off dates for pre-orders are the 9th and 26th of each month.

Due to the current delays, international freight is taking about 4 weeks plus domestic transit.
We will keep you updated via email.


We DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes addresses within Australia only. 

* Fragile products shipping fee is charged based on the product's volumetric weight. 



Flat Rate $18 AUD for  orders from $100 AUD and up to 10Kg

Customs and import duties are charged once the shipment reaches the destination country. Unfortunately, we can't advise whether this will be charged nor the value.
