No Refunds/Exchanges for orders for change of mind. Please choose products carefully before processing orders online. If unsure of product sizes and dimensions please contact us on hola@casabonita.com.au.

 

THE NATURE OF HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS

Casa Bonita's products are authentically handcrafted by Artisans, using organic materials. Due to the nature of their traditional techniques, each product will vary 0 to 20% in colour tones and measurements compared to the online advertised photo and size. 

This variation is due to the nature of the handmade product and not defined as a faulty product.
A Casa Bonita faulty product is defined as defective or damaged materials. 

These natural variations enhance the uniqueness and beauty of our products. However, we understand that some customers will require more details about the product available.

DAMAGES/ DEFECTS AND RETURNS

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt to report damage or defective shipments. Please include photos and video of the damage being reported and email to hola@casabonita.com.au 

If Casa Bonita determined that damaged was made during production or shipping, we will make arrangements to replace or refund the damaged/defective product(s). 

 

RETURN CHARGES

If Casa Bonita has determined that the product is faulty, we will accept the shipping cost of the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable
