The Craft Story
This hat is handcrafted in Sandoná, Nariño, Colombia, by the women of the Las Juanitas Single Mothers Association— a collective of over 200 artisans who came together to strengthen their community through collaboration and craftsmanship.
By working collectively, they are able to access materials more sustainably, preserve traditional weaving techniques and share their work with the world. Each hat carries their story, skill and cultural legacy.

Measuring your head size
Place the tape measure in the centre back of your head and wind both sides round to the front, placing it just above your ears and below your hairline. Bring the tape measure together in the middle of your forehead. Don't pull the tape measure too tight.
