The Craft Story
These pieces are handcrafted in the Ishipaa Community, La Guajira Desert, Colombia, by Wayuu artisan Sandra Aguilar and her family. Wayuu weaving is deeply rooted in ancestral belief — legend tells of a sacred spider who taught women the art of weaving, a tradition that continues today.
Each clutch and purse is created using hand-crochet and punch-needle techniques, with artisans weaving their dreams, identity and connection to nature into every design. No two pieces are ever the same — each one is a unique cultural narrative expressed through colour and form.

Product Care
- Wipe gently with a damp cloth to clean
- Keep dry and store away from prolonged direct sunlight
- Avoid overfilling to maintain shape
