Artisan Handwoven Iraca Palm Fino Fedora Panama Hats
Ethically and Sustainably sourced from Colombian Artisan and Indigenous women-owned businesses
**STOCK ONLY AVAILABLE AT SOUTH MELBOURNE MARKET UNTIL 2 FEB 2025**
Known as ‘Finos’ in Latin America, these beautiful and finely handwoven Fedora Panama Hats are famous for their soft, lightweight and breathable qualities, while looking timeless and stylish.
Each Fedora Panama hat takes over 2 weeks to create, expertly handwoven by the Artisan women of the Las Juanita’s Single Mothers Association in Colombia.
This fine weave and excellent quality is unique, due to using a high grade of sustainable Iraca Palm and generations of traditional skill. The neutral and colourful tones reflect Colombian ancestors' connection with nature and culture.
